How quickly can you deliver?

Delivery times vary by location. Major cities like Madrid and Barcelona offer same-day delivery when you order before 2PM. Most other Spanish cities receive their orders the next working day, while rural areas and islands may take 2–5 days. You’ll see exact delivery estimates at checkout based on your postcode.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp with your order number and the updated address. Once an order is with our courier, we are unable to redirect it.

What if no one is home?

Our courier will attempt delivery up to twice. If no one is home, they will leave a notification card with re-delivery or pickup instructions. For perishable items we recommend ensuring someone is available. If a basket is returned to us due to a failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind every basket we send. If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, we’ll offer a full replacement or refund — no questions asked. For other issues, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the basket. Perishable goods cannot be returned for taste preferences, but we’ll always work to find a fair resolution.
