Where in Spain do you deliver gift baskets?

How does the same-day cut-off work?

Place your order before 10:00 AM (Madrid time) and, where same-day service is available for the destination, we will assemble and deliver your gift basket the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the next available day. You can also schedule any future date up to 90 days in advance at checkout.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

Prices are shown in US Dollars ($) by default, and you can switch to EUR, GBP and other major currencies at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. International senders are billed in their selected currency.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes — every gift basket includes a complimentary handwritten card. Add your message at checkout and we will hand-letter it on a GiftBasketsSpain card and tuck it into the basket before it ships.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Our courier will attempt delivery and, where possible, leave the gift basket with a concierge or neighbour. If no one is available, we will re-attempt delivery on the next working day at no extra cost.

Can I send a gift basket to Spain from overseas?

Absolutely — order from anywhere in the world, pay in your local currency, and we will assemble and deliver to your recipient in Spain. Full English support, with an email confirmation once your gift basket is on its way.
